Sam Cutler (@thefitfatale) is a Harvard-trained nutrition and lifestyle medicine coach who healed her own chronic inflammatory conditions through proper nutrition. Today, she helps women around the world do the same through science-backed education, practical tools, and mindset-shifting practices.
